Public becomes the first Greek company to bring to e-commerce a flexible international model of digital purchases. The pioneering service is in partnership with Klarna, a leading international retail bank offering shopping and payment services.

 

Users at public.gr can make their purchases in interest-free installments, without a credit card, with the secure and smart payment method “Public Now, Pay Later” through Klarna.

 

The cooperation applies exclusively to the fields of technology, entertainment and home appliances, offering consumers the opportunity to order the product of their choice online, paying in 3 interest-free installments, without unnecessary supporting documents.

 

The activation process for the “Public now, Pay later” service with Klarna at Public.gr is simple:

 

• 1^st step: Consumers place their preferred products from public.gr in their basket
• 2^nd step: During check-out, they select Klarna as the payment method, using their card to complete the purchase, even if it is not a credit card. The payment can take place at their preferred time, in 3 installments, smartly, interest-free and with complete security.
• 3^rd step: The consumer submits their details and a secure digital identification of the data takes place. The first installment is paid automatically by the card the consumer has chosen during the parcel delivery phase. The remaining two payments will be deducted from the card every 30 days after the first payment.
