In 2025, Public Group delivered improved performance across all key operating metrics, strengthening revenue, gross profit and operating profitability. Consolidated revenue increased by 4.1%, surpassing the €500 million milestone and reaching €504.2 million, while Public Greece revenue increased by 7% to €466.9 million.

This growth was accompanied by an even stronger improvement in profitability, with consolidated gross profit increasing by 5.8% to €121 million, driven by an improved commercial mix, stronger gross margins and overall commercial effectiveness. Combined with continued improvements in operating efficiency, consolidated EBITDA reached €27.3 million, up 18.9% compared to 2024, while Recurring EBITDA increased by 12.2% to €29.4 million, from €26.2 million in the previous year.

The improved performance was also reflected in the Group’s pre-tax result, with consolidated losses narrowing to €16.9 million, compared with €19.6 million in 2024. This represents a reduction of more than 40% compared to 2023 and reflects the continued implementation of the Group’s transformation plan. For another year, more than 8.4 million transactions were recorded across Public’s physical and digital stores, reaffirming the long-standing relationship between the Public brand and its customers.

The improvement in financial performance reflects the consistent execution of the Group’s transformation plan, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency, further developing its omnichannel model and continuously strengthening the customer relationship. As part of its €10 million investment plan in new stores and network renovations, the Group added two new locations in the second half of 2025: Public Smart Park and “Public + home” Patissia.

This momentum continues in 2026, with further renovations across the existing network and new store openings. The “Public + home” store in Corfu has already opened, further strengthening the brand’s presence across the Greek regions, while the company’s network now comprises 63 stores across Greece and Cyprus. At the same time, the presence of the home appliances category was further expanded, while dedicated reading and creative activity areas were introduced across the network, reinforcing Public’s long-standing connection with culture and technology.

Investments in digital infrastructure, new technologies and services remained a strategic priority for the Group in 2025, with the aim of strengthening a seamless shopping experience across all customer touchpoints and channels. The Net Promoter Score (NPS) remained consistently high across Greece and Cyprus, reaching 73.6 across all customer touchpoints, maintaining a leading position within organised retail.

Customer services were further enhanced in 2025, with iRepair points now operating in 54 stores across Greece and Cyprus, providing customers with immediate and specialised technical support. At the same time, Vodafone expanded its presence to 17 Public and Public + home stores, offering telecommunications services through the shop-in-shop model.

Meanwhile, Public+, Public’s free loyalty programme, continued to grow, reaching 1.18 million members. Customers have already redeemed more than €3.28 million through Public Wallet on purchases made at Public stores and on public.gr and public.cy in Greece and Cyprus.

Recognising consumers’ growing need for greater flexibility when shopping, Public Group continued to invest in its “Lowest Price Guarantee” and “Flex Pay” programmes, enabling customers to make purchases in instalments without a credit card, making the shopping experience more accessible and convenient.

By consistently investing in its people, including more than 46,000 hours of training and over 130 internal promotions in 2025, Public Group is steadily building the foundations for the future, strengthening its ability to create long-term value for its customers, employees and partners.
