Lefki Avdi started her professional career as an Engineer 34 years ago and has served actively in executive roles such as Director of Debt Portfolio Management, Director of Operations, Chief Transformation Officer and HR Director in leading International & Greek Financial, Technology, Consulting and Advertising industries. While working in the corporate environment, and genuinely driven by her interest in people, she repositioned herself professionally and has been actively engaged in Organizational Culture Projects to enable Business Transformation initiatives. Today, in Olympia Group he holds the role of People & Transformation Director. She has studied Civil Engineering and holds a MSc in Financial Engineering Management from COLUMBIA University, New York.
