Westnet, the subsidiary company of Olympia Group, was recognized as the Leading Supplier of the year in the category of “Technology” at the 16th event of Retail Business Awards. This award underlines the fact that Westnet constitutes for 13 years now a synonym to the distribution of high technology products.
Westnet was recognized as the leading supplier of technology in Greece for the year 2017 following a market survey that was conducted by the Athens University of Economics and Business along with the participation of Purchasing Managers of various networks of stores in the domestic market. The company was distinguished for its high quality characteristics which refer to the full spectrum of collaboration between the customer and the supplier.
For Westnet, the constant evolution as well as the creation of relations of trust with its customers constitutes a top priority. With international partnerships and a wide spectrum of products the company has established its position in the distribution market and constitutes a strategic choice for both customers and suppliers.
The event of the award presentation took place on Monday, February 12, 2018 at the Athens Concert Hall, where the Chief Executive Officer of Westnet, Mr. Robby Bourlas, collected the award on behalf of the company. Mr. Bourlas stated the following: “It is a very important distinction for us, given the fact that we were voted as the leading supplier by the managers of the networks of stores, meaning by our own customers who have honored us with their trust for all these years.”
