New investment in a Greek accounting software company by SoftOne
SoftOne Technologies, a member of Olympia Group, announced the buyout of Prosvasis, which specialises in providing software and training solutions for accounting firms. Through this new investment, SoftOne further strengthens its leading position in the Greek IT software and cloud services market, expediting its entry into the accounting services sector.
Prosvasis was founded is 2005 and, through multi-level operations, has managed to gain an extensive clientele consisting of over 4,500 accounting firms. Apart from developing accounting management solutions, the company also provides comprehensive support services, by organising seminars and one-day events, as well as publishing books on accounting and tax issues.
As Mr Antonis Kyriazis, SoftOne Technologies CEO, noted, “Through the buyout of Prosvasis, one of the most robust accounting software companies in Greece, we are on track with the goal we have set, which is to transform the way modern businesses operate.
