Bronze award for SUNLIGHT SYSTEMS

The Olympia Group, owned by Panos Germanos, received a double distinction in the HR Excellence awards 2014, as the Public and SUNLIGHT SYSTEMS companies won two honorary bronze awards in the Human Resources Administration Systems category, during a ceremony that took place on Monday, October 13, at the Athenaeum Intercontinental Hotel.

In more detail, the award for SUNLIGHT SYSTEMS was received by Konstantinos Georgiadis, HR Director of the company, while Public was represented by Christina Minotou, Recruitment & Development Supervisor.

Kostas Karafotakis, General Manager of the Olympia Group stated on the subject: “The awards were mainly given for investing in the growth of our companies with the parallel increase of employment in all our businesses. In this framework the rapid recruitment and integration of human resources in the culture and principles of our companies is of the utmost importance”.

The HR Excellence awards were organised for the 2nd consecutive year by the Hellenic Institute of Human Resources Management (EIMAD) of the Hellenic Management Association and aim at identifying and awarding the best practices and successful strategies that were implemented by organisations with regard to Human Resource Management issues, creating value and enhancing their competitiveness and growth.
