The Olympia Group announces that, with the support of an international investor (together with Olympia Group, the “Investors») a binding agreement has been reached with shareholders of Entersoft S.A. (“Entersoft”) representing 53,73% of Entersoft’s share capital for the acquisition of their shares in Entersoft, either on a bilateral basis or in the context of a voluntary tender offer that the Investors would launch to acquire all shares of Entersoft (the “Transaction”).  The agreed consideration is eight (8) euros per share.

The Investors bring extensive experience and a successful track record of investments in dynamic sectors of the economy and companies with strong management teams and significant long-term growth prospects. Entersoft belongs to the successful ecosystem of technology companies in Greece, with a strong position in the business software and services sector.
