Olympia Group participated in the 8^th Panorama of Entrepreneurship and Career Development, which comprises the largest event concerning the entrepreneurship and professional orientation of the young people in Greece. The event took place on March 9-11, 2018, at the Athens Concert Hall. Via its participation, Olympia Group had the opportunity to interact with young male and female individuals who are targeting a career development path either as company executives or as entrepreneurs. The aim of the event was to inform all participants about the trends in the world of contemporary business and the prospects that are being offered.

More specifically, at the booth of Olympia Group, visitors had the chance to collect valuable information from the representatives of the subsidiary companies Public, Sunlight, SoftOne and Metis with regard to their activities and to speak with the staff of the Human Resources (HR) Division.

Moreover, the subsidiary company Public participated in the multi-conference’s new parallel event “Meet the Executive”. At this parallel event, Mr. Spilios Lambropoulos, Commercial Director of Entertainment of Public Stores, presented and talked about the knowledge, capabilities and skills required from an individual who wishes to work in the company’s commercial division. He also talked about the challenges which the young people may encounter going forward.

Olympia Group’s presence and participation in the 8^th Panorama of Entrepreneurship and Career Development will be further underpinned by its participation in the 6^th event of the so-called Business Days. “Business Days” are educational visits for students and graduates of various universities to various Greek and multinational companies. Particularly there will be two Business Days taking place at the office facilities of the subsidiary companies Sunlight and Public, where participants will have the opportunity to attend presentations and seminars by the companies’ top executives and be informed about the operations of various corporate divisions and also network themselves with the senior executives and other participants.
