On May 1st, shortly before 13.00 PM, a fire occurred for an unknown until now reason at SYSTEMS SUNLIGHT battery factory at Olvio, Xanthi, Northern Greece.

The emergency systems have fully deployed, the security procedures have been strictly followed while authorities were informed. All employees are absolutely safe and well. The fire department has made every effort to extinguish the fire, which is already under control. It is clarified that there is no risk of toxic gases for the area.
