Olympia Group and VNK Capital, through their joint investment vehicle Voxcove Holdings Ltd, have transferred 3.26% of Lamda Development, thereby reducing their stake to 6.74%. The sale process was handled by a major international investment bank and a leading Greek brokerage firm. The shares were acquired by international institutional investors.
