As part of its strategy for supporting innovation that provides real solutions to meet consumers’ daily needs, Olympia Group announced its participation as the main investor in Douleutaras’ €2.3 million financing round. With the boost offered by the Olympia Group investment, Douleutaras – which is already experiencing rapid growth, with thousands of customers in Greece and Cyprus – is preparing to penetrate new international markets as ‘EasyHero’, while at the same time adding new tech capabilities to its current platform, taking user experience to the next level.

In just five years of operation, Douleutaras succeeded in creating a new standard in the fragmented market of home services, connecting customers with the most suitable professional in real time, when they need them, via the platform.

The Douleutaras ecosystem currently has more than 3,700 select professionals covering the entire range of home services, having already drawn 75,000 user reviews. So far, it has handled 880,000 user requests and has exceeded 275,000 completed jobs in 6 cities in Greece and Cyprus.

Technology is at the core of the platform. Both through the advanced algorithm that recommends available and reliable professionals in each area in real time, and through its ‘digital assistant’, which supports professionals in their daily work.
